So today I'm sharing something with you that always make me happy. Oh its the little things in life that bring us joy sometimes, huh? I bought this little stand at a local thrift store called RAD. It was marked down to $3.50! I thought it would be a cool little side table after some revamping, but... I changed my mind. When I got it home I realized it was a little too short to be a side table, but it would make a great fern stand! So I moved a fern that was outside on our porch, inside. I LOVE it. I wish I loved everything in my house as much as my fern and its stand. I was going to give it a little revamp with some brown-gray paint, but I may just keep it the distressed wood that it is. Maybe when I feel like doing some work I will sand it down and stain it. Honestly, I just really don't want to have to sand it. I'm being lazy. Sanding all those curves and turns sucks! So for now, I'll let it be. I love the term "let it be". My friend Tanna use to always say that back it high school, and she would say it all dorky like she was sooo bothered by something. It would go something like this, "Tanna, you have cheese from your nachos all over your face.", "Karli, just let it be...siiigh". "Okaaay wierdo." Still makes me laugh.
My little frugal find reminds me of an old, mini version of this grand table that I likey...
I love it just the way it is! Great find!!
