Boy! Yesterday we had our gender determination ultra sound and found out we have a boy cookin' in the oven! I am just about 16 weeks now. We are going to name him Liam Christopher Hearron. We have loved the named Liam for a while now, so I am thrilled to be able to use it. My dads name is Christopher and the poor guy had three daughters and no sons so we figure he has put his dues in and deserves for his grandson to be named after him. It has been great sharing the news of our son with everyone. Our friends and family are so excited, it makes it even better for us.
Now that I know what gender our baby is, I can get to SHOPPING! woo hoo. I want to start decorating the nursery asap since I have a feeling it will be a slow progression. Yesterday we made a trip to Home Goods and bought a few items to get the nursery going. Now I can start picking out bedding, colors, a diaper bag, clothes, etc. This is SOooo much fun already. I can't wait to have a little boy, how crazy!
Congratulations! How exciting! I have two boys and they are so much fun! Look forward to seeing how you decorate the nursery!

ReplyDeleteMy daughter is pregnant and around the same as you (conceived early May) she too is having a boy and want to call him Liam! We live on the other side of the world, in South Africa. Weird co-incidence. Her baby is due 30th January.
