Before & After: Side Table

This little table was in our garage with some other leftovers from the previous owners. Since we moved in, in March its been hanging out with a bunch of boxes still unpacked. I decided it was time to do something with the little guy. I painted 2 layers of "foamy sea" satin paint.

Once that was complete I sanded down the edges and other various areas that might have naturally occurred wear. Then I used a dark stain and wiped it over most areas, and quickly wiped it right off leaving just a hint of darker color in certain areas. The final step was using a Minwax satin wipe-on poly.

*This just sold yesterday in my NEW Etsy shop!  Check it out over on the button towards the right side of my blog, under "about me".
