Antique Cabinet Revamp

I found this low sitting cabinet and fell in love. It was so unique and loaded with character. I knew it had a better life just waiting for it.

I gave it a little help. After some sanding, painting, more sanding and glazing, it was new and old at the same time...

Its hard to tell from these photos, but its a soft olive green color. It looks a tad more sage-green than these photos show.

It makes a great TV stand...

I think it would be great at the foot of a bed too.

She's now listed in my Rocky Bella etsy shop.

  3. that's one of the best finds i've seen anyone find in a long time, that hasn't been refinished by the person buying it. Cool piece! I would love to have that for my guest bedroom.

  12. I LOVE THIS! I've been looking at it for months and I've finally found a piece on craigslist that I want to try to do the same thing - as a TV console. Could you tell me what products you used. I was thinking of painting and then using a Dark Walnut stain but I'd love to know what you did.

    Thanks!!! :)
