Worlds Best Fish Tacos

I know its a few months late, but I still think about these amazing smoked fish tacos! While on our 1 year anniversary back in May we found the BEST tacos in the whole world at Ruddell's Smokehouse Fish Taco's. Oh Geeeez, I'm drooling just thinking about them. We took a 3 day trip to the central coast of California. Just about 2 hours away. We spent half a day in Cayucos California. The cutest little town right on the beach. they had amazing antique stores, a skate park for Mr. RockyBella...

...the most quaint little beach houses, and smoked fish tacos that would make you act like Meg Ryan in "When Harry Meets Sally" (yeah... you know what I mean!)
I wish you could taste test over the internet!
There was a small group of friend standing outside playing self written folk songs on their chelos, bangos, and guitars. It was amazing entertainment while we enjoying the apple, tomato, celery, and smoked fish stuffed flour tortillas.

If you are ever on the central coast of California, head to Cayoucus if only for the tacos! I can't wait to go back.
