I strongly urge you to check her blog out. Its super cute, and that girl can do amazing things with a can of spray paint.
I also won a give-a-way from one of my favorite blogs 320 Sycamore. She's sending a basket full of goodies. I am really excieted about the vintage basket with leather handles. I'll show you more about it when I find a perfect spot in my house for it.
And last but far from least is the wonderful Miss Mustard Seed. She started a weekly party every Friday where she does a wonderful McLinky party where anyone can link up a post about a furniture update they have done themselves. She was to pick her favorite piece and the winner would win a hand made bracelet from Ruby Moon Designs.
I linked up my turquoise night stand that I did a few posts back. Well guess what??!?!? I was soo thrilled to find out I won. She does some really amazing furniture makeovers herself so I was very flattered that she chose me.You should definitely go check out the links to other peoples re-dos because they are all pretty amazing. Here are some of my favorites...
Custom Made Slipcover at a super cute blog Tickling and Toile
While not 100% a furniture makeover, I LOVE how A Beach Cottage - Life by The Sea used this box in an unexpected way. Great style, in my opinion.
And my favorite, has inspired a new coffee table idea for myself.
Jen from ShopAHolic Mom painted this table a fun color that goes great in her living room.
Coming soon... remember my $30 china hutch from Salvation Army? Its done!
Hey, thanks so much for featuring me! I love your blue nightstand so I'm glad you won. :)
ReplyDeleteYour Halloween costumes were great too. My guy went all bloody like your guy, lol.
Congrats on the award - definitely deserved. How exciting that you won such fun treasures. Love that. :-)

ReplyDeleteLucky lucky you to win twice!
ReplyDeleteI JUST finished a hutch myself! I got it for $45 which makes it that more sweet!
I love that coffee table from Shopaholic Mom. I have been thinking about painting mine a similar color and that looks adorable!
Wow! You are one lucky blogger! ;) Funny, a lot of your faves were mine too! Also, I have that same basket with the leather handles...although mine is just holding a potted plant at the moment! Can't wait to see what you do with yours!
